Lemon Ginger Juice

#Lemon #Ginger #Juice : Lemon is used all over the world for its sour taste in culinary and non culinary purpose. Lemon is antibacterial and antiviral. It is a rich source of vitamin C and also other minerals like potassium, magnesium and calcium.
Ginger is an aromatic root widely used in the preparation of food for its flavour and digestive property.

These two can be combined together to make a juice.



Ingredients :
1/2                               Lemon
1/2 inch                        Ginger
2 Tsp                           Jaggery
1 pinch                         Salt

Method :
Peel off skin of ginger.
Smash it and soak in water for one hour.
Squeeze out juice from lemon in a glass.
Add 3 Tsp of ginger water, salt and jaggery.
Add 3/4 cup of cool water.
Mix well with a spoon.


A nice refreshing drink for this hot Summer!
