#MaangaiChutney #RawMangoChutney : Summer is the season of mangoes. It is the time to try all recipes with these sour n sweety mangoes. Here comes a recipe with unripe mango. The chutney tastes very good with little sweeter and mildly sour mango.
Ingredients :
1/4 cup Maangai [ unripe mango ]
1/4 cup Coconut scrap
15 Mint leaves
2 or 3 Red chilly
1 Tsp Cumin
3/4 Tsp Salt
To Temper :
1/2 Tsp Mustard
1 Tsp Black gram dal
6 Curry leaves
1/2 Tsp Oil
Method :
Take all the given ingredients in a mixie jar.
Grind without adding water.
Then add little water and grind into a smooth paste.
Transfer into a serving bowl.
Now keep a kadai on stove with oil.
Splutter mustard seeds and the add black gram dal.
When it turns to golden brown add curry leaves.
Turn off the stove and transfer the tempering over the prepared chutney.
Goes well with dosai and can be mixed white rice also.
