#WheatFlourBalls : These balls taste very good if done with fresh #ghee.
Its taste even better with lots of ghee.
But I have used only the minimum amount that is just enough to make the balls.
Whole #wheatflour is used for the preparation.
Ingredients :
Whole wheat flour : 1 cup
Ghee : 4 tblsp
Cashew nuts ( nicely broken pieces ) : 4 tblsp
Sugar powdered : 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder : 1/2 tsp
OR
powder 1/2 cup of sugar using mixer grinder with 2 cardamoms.
Method :
Keep a heavy bottomed vessel on a stove over slow flame.
Add ghee and then add wheat flour and cashews.
Mix well with a heavy ladle to mix ghee with flour.
Keep stirring on and off.
The flour is roasted till the wheat flour gives out a nice aroma and till the cashews turns slightly golden.
Now switch off the stove.
Add powder sugar.
Mix well and make balls when its still hot.
If the balls keep breaking while making balls, add some more hot ghee.
