Rawa, Ragi, Other Mixed Dosai Making

Original #maavudosai batter is thick and the batter is spread over a hot tawa in a circular motion from center to outer.
But the batter of rawa, ragi, jowar, bajra and thinai is generally used to be watery and poured over a hot tawa from outer to center.
So one should learn how to make dosai with watery batter.

Rawa Dosai Making

Here is the video showing the method of making rawa dosai.
Keep tawa on a stove over a medium flame.
Spread oil over the tawa.
Start making dosai only after the tawa becomes hot. Otherwise it will not come properly.

Then add few drops of oil around & on the dosai.
When the outer edges slightly become crispy & golden color then flip the dosai using a dosai ladle to cook the other side.
Adjust flame high or low whenever needed.
When both the sides are cooked properly transfer onto a serving plate.

In the same way make dosai one by one.

Enjoy tasty n crispy dosai with chutney or sambar.
