#Green Chutney #CorianderGreenChutney : You must be wondering why a series of coriander chutneys are being posted. First reason is plenty of green and fresh coriander leaves are available in the market. Second reason is onion price has not come down yet and coriander leaves fit the bill. This chutney does not need frying or roasting.
Ingredients :
Coriander leaves chopped nicely : 1 Cup
Green chilly : 4 to 5 ( adjust )
Tamarind : an amla size
Salt : 1 Tsp
Method :
Take all the ingredients in a blender.
Run without adding water.
The water content of coriander leaves are just enough to grind it.
If needed add a little water and grind into a smooth paste.
Transfer into a serving bowl.
Coriander green chuney is a very good side dish for
Pongal or Idly,
Dosai or Upma, etc.,....
This is very good with white rice also.
