Bajji

#Bajji is one of the easiest and quickest snack prepared with a handful of ingredients.
Bajji is prepared with vegetables like unripe banana, brinjal, potato, onion, cauliflower, green chilly and capsicum.
It can also be made with greens like hibiscus, manathakkali, omavalli,...
Most of the road side tea/coffee shops invite you with hot banana bajji or long green chilly bajji and its always a great pleasure biting a spicy bajji along with hot tea.
