Sambar & Kuzhambu Varieties

#Sambar & #Kuzhambu Varieties :
#Sambar is generally prepared with thuvar dhall, vegetables, tamarind pulp by adding specially made sambar powder.
#Kuzhambu is thicker version of sambar without dhall [ lentil ], with or without tamarind pulp by adding either sambar powder or specially ground coconut masala paste.
