Ingredients : | |

1 cup | Raw Papaya grated |
1/4 cup | Radish grated |
1/8 cup | Green gram split |
1 or 2 | Green chilly, finely chop [ adjust ] |
1 Tsp | Coriander leaves finely chopped |
1 Tsp | Lemon Juice [ adjust ] |
3/4 Tsp | Salt [ Adjust ] |
Take green gram split in a bowl.
Wash two times and drain out the water.
Add grated radish and papaya into the bowl containing washed green gram split.
Add required amount of salt and mix well.
Set aside for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes add finely chopped green chilly and coriander leaves.
Also add lemon juice and salt.
Mix well and transfer into a serving bowl.
Now papaya radish salad is ready to enjoy.
