Ingredients : | |

1 cup | Raw Papaya grated |
1/4 cup | Carrot grated |
1 or 2 | Green chilly, finely chop [ adjust ] |
1 Tsp | Coriander leaves finely chopped |
1 Tsp | Lemon Juice [ adjust ] |
3/4 Tsp | Salt [ Adjust ] |
To Temper : | |
1/2 Tsp | Mustard seeds |
1 Tsp | Gingelly oil [ til/sesame oil ] |
Method :
Peel papaya and remove the seeds inside.
Grate and take in a bowl.
Add all the given ingredients and mix well.
Heat a kadai on a stove over medium flame.
Add oil and splutter mustard seeds.
Pour over the salad mix.
Adjust salt and lemon juice.
Enjoy crunchy and tasty papaya carrot salad!!..
