Varagarisi Kothamalli Pongal

#KodomilletCorianderPongal : #KodoMillet is known as #Varagu or #Varagarisi in Tamil.
Even in this hot Summer I got a big bunch of fresh coriander from market. Even after making chutney a considerable amount of coriander leaves were left over. So I decided to add a good amount of coriander leaves in the pongal. The taste was so good with nice aroma of coriander leaves. I would like to share the recipe with you all.
