Carrot Salad

#CarrotSalad : #Salads are prepared with raw vegetables, leafy vegetables with different dressings.
Raw slices of carrots, cucumber, sliced onions and tomatoes are generally served without any dressing as salads.
This carrot salad with lemon juice is very tasty n crunchy if done with fresh carrot.

Carrot Salad

Ingredients :
Grated carrot                                : 1 cup
Lemon juice                                 : 2 tsp ( adjust )
Green chilly nicely chopped        : 1/2 tsp ( adjust )
Coriander leaves                          : 1/2 tsp
Salt                                               : 1/2 tsp ( adjust )

Carrot salad

For tempering :
Mustard seeds                           : 1/2 tsp
Oil                                             : 1/2 tsp

Method :
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Keep a kadai with oil on slow flame.
Splutter mustard seeds and pour over prepared salad.

Now crunchy & tangy carrot salad is ready to serve.
