Spicy Neer More - Spicy Buttermilk

Taking buttermilk in the hot Summer cools our body and is very soothing to the stomach. It is flavoured with asafoetida, ginger, curry leaves to improve digestion and green chilly is added to make it little spicy. Let me present you a masti spicy buttermilk drink.


Ingredients :
1/2 cup                                     Curd
1/2                                           Green chilly [ adjust ]
5                                              Curry leaves
1 pinch                                     Asafoetida
A small piece                            Ginger
2 inch long                                Cucumber piece
little                                          Coriander leaves
1/4 Tsp                                     Sea salt

Method :
The curd should be sour to get that real masty taste of buttermilk.
Coarsely grind all the given ingredients except curd using a mixie.
Now whip and add curd into the same mixie jar with other ingredients.
Run only for few seconds.
Transfer into a glass.
Wash the jar with little water and add into the glass.
Add enough water and adjust salt.
Top it with thinly chopped cucumber, curry leaves and ginger.
Serve chilled.
